1. Membership and Access
Registration
All users must register for membership before accessing the co-working space. Membership is personal and non-transferable. Access is granted only during operational hours unless otherwise agreed. BizzHub Workspaces reserves the right to refuse entry or membership at its discretion.
Workspace Usage
Members are expected to use the workspace responsibly and in accordance with posted rules. Facilities including conference rooms and private cabins must be booked through the appropriate system and used responsibly. Members must vacate booked spaces on time to avoid additional charges.
2. Payment Terms
Membership Fees
Membership fees are due in advance according to the selected plan. Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Late payments may result in suspension of access until outstanding dues are cleared.
Pricing Changes
BizzHub Workspaces reserves the right to modify pricing or membership fees with prior notice to members.
3. Conduct and Responsibilities
Member Conduct
Members must maintain a professional and respectful environment within the workspace. Disruptive, illegal, or inappropriate activities are strictly prohibited. Any damage caused to property, equipment, or facilities may result in repair or replacement charges. Members are responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings.
4. Health and Safety
Safety Compliance
Members must comply with all health and safety guidelines within the premises. Smoking, vaping, or any hazardous or flammable activities are strictly prohibited inside the workspace. BizzHub Workspaces shall not be responsible for personal injuries unless caused by gross negligence of management.
5. Confidentiality and Privacy
Data Collection
Personal information collected during registration, bookings, or communications is stored securely and used only for providing workspace services. Such information is handled according to applicable privacy regulations and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Contact Information
Information submitted through contact forms, emails, or other communication channels is used solely for customer support, workspace inquiries, and administrative purposes.
6. Termination of Membership
Termination
Membership may be terminated by either party with prior notice according to the selected membership plan. BizzHub Workspaces reserves the right to terminate membership immediately if these terms are violated.
7. Limitation of Liability
Use at Your Own Risk
BizzHub Workspaces shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, power outages, internet failures, or technical disruptions. Members use the facilities at their own risk.
8. Amendments
Changes to Terms
BizzHub Workspaces may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated through the website or other appropriate channels.
9. Governing Law
Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
